Summary:

Our innovation project is trying to make temporary tattoos. We both draw on ourselves a lot, so we figured why not make temporary tattoos. It is also bringing our creative sides out of both of us. We have decided to make a blog and print out pictures to show our progress and how to make the temporary tattoos. We researched many ways to make temporary tattoos and found the best way to make them. We then designed our own tattoos, we got some ideas from the internet, and then once we got some ideas, we drew them onto a rough copy, then good copy. Afterwards we experimented on ourselves and it turn out well. We made a blog to put all of our process down and we also made a poster board and a booklet to display our designs.

Goals:

- successfully make the best method for temporary tattoos
~ affordable and easy to access materials and easy to understand method
- design and create our own tattoos

We successfully completed these goals even though it was a frustrating and long time until we figured out how to design and create a method.

Troubles/Solutions:

- the liquid bandage polish made the tattoo wrinkle on the skin so it looked like a "shriveled prune"
~ we decided to try the liquid bandage spray so the polish would not glob on
- we could not make a video because we did not know how to edit and we did not have access to iMovie
~ we took pictures for each step and described them to then upload it to the blog
